2. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments for truck repairs or servicing can be made via phone at (417) 855-9066 or through our website.
Cancellations: We request that clients provide at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide timely notice may result in cancellation fees.
No-shows: Clients who fail to appear for an appointment without prior notice may be subject to a no-show fee.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept the following payment methods:

Company checks (subject to verification)
For fleet servicing, invoicing and payment terms can be discussed and arranged ahead of time.
4. Warranty on Services
On time Truck Repair provides warranties on parts and labor for a period of 30 days unless otherwise specified:
Parts Warranty: Covers defects in materials.
Labor Warranty: Covers the workmanship involved in the installation of parts.
The warranty does not cover:
Wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by accidents or neglect.

Any claim under the warranty must be reported to On time Truck Repair within the warranty period. We reserve the right to inspect and validate any warranty claims.

Any loss of income due to vehicle downtime or delays in repair completion.
Damage caused by client misuse or failure to follow post-repair maintenance instructions.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that vehicles are maintained according to the manufacturer’s guidelines between service intervals.
6. Mobile Repair Services
Our mobile repair services are available for truckers who experience breakdowns while on the road.
Scope: Our mobile technicians are equipped to perform a wide range of repairs; however, certain repairs may require the vehicle to be brought to our shop for complete diagnostics or more complex fixes.
Additional Fees: Travel fees or emergency service fees may apply depending on the location and urgency of the service.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information about the condition and issues with their vehicle.
Ensure that their vehicles are insured and comply with legal regulations.
Notify On time Truck Repair of any existing damage or issues before we begin repairs.
